Last weekend saw the 2nd round of the ESBK at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, and this new category left no one indifferent.

Jesus Rios #54 (MRE Talent) took the victory in both races, this time with more pressure from his opponents than in the first round, and with almost no mistakes, Rios is the clear leader of the championship at the moment!

Pau Alsina #26 (Ilusion Racing) surprised everyone in his debut, taking 2nd place in the first race, followed by Pablo Olivares #18 (QRG) in 3rd position.

In the second race, Olivares had a fierce fight with Jesús Ríos for the lead, finally finishing in 2nd place and setting an impressive fastest lap of 1:38.5, just one tenth over last year’s Moto3 record. Yaroslav Karpushin #70 (Frando Racing VHC), completed the podium in 3rd position.

With these results, we can say that this category continues to give a lot to talk about, as a new concept of fast, fair and competitive Moto3!
