BeOn-JuniorCup
This past weekend, the excitement moved to Estoril for the 3rd round of the ESBK, where intense battles took place on the track.
We had the addition of new riders: Enzo Bellon #33 (Ilusion Racing/BeOn), Erik Michielon #21 (Ilusion Racing), and Ryder Davis #5 (QRG). Unfortunately, Davis suffered a crash and couldn’t participate in the weekend’s races.
During the free practice sessions, Jesús Ríos #54 (MRE Talent) impressed everyone with an incredible time of 1:44.1. The fastest lap of the weekend was achieved by Iaroslav Karpushin #70 (Frando Racing VHC) in Sunday’s race, with a time of 1:44.4.
In the first race, Jesús Ríos, closely followed by Pablo Olivares #18 (QRG) in the final laps, experienced an exhaust issue that slowed his pace, allowing Olivares to take the lead and secure 1st place, followed by Iaroslav Karpushin in 2nd and Jesús Ríos in 3rd position.
The second race was highly contested, with three clear leaders battling for the top spot throughout the entire race. In the end, the final standings were: 1st Enzo Bellon #33 (Ilusion Racing and BeOn), 2nd Iaroslav Karpushin #70 (Frando Racing VHC), and 3rd Pablo Olivares #18 (QRG).
We want to congratulate the winners and thank all the participants, who make these races so electrifying and competitive. We also extend our gratitude to the teams for their great work and all the effort behind the scenes.
The BeOn-JuniorCup continues to prove itself as an exciting and competitive category in the world of Moto3. See you in the next round!
Moto4
In the first race of the weekend in Estoril, Enzo Zaragoza #85 (Igax Team) showcased his superiority by crossing the finish line in first place. His teammate, Eric Ruz #89, secured second position, completing a remarkable one-two for the team.
In the second race, Leo Casadei #44 (Igax Team) stood out with a victory. Enzo Zaragoza #85 maintained his strong performance, finishing in third place and securing another podium for Igax Team.
With these solid performances, Igax Team continues to dominate the Moto4 category, showcasing their strength and cohesion on the track once again. A weekend to remember!
Premoto3
The Premoto3 category also delivered an exciting spectacle in Estoril. In the first race, Izan Rodriguez #49 from ETG Racing claimed victory, showcasing an impeccable performance. Álvaro Lucas #46 from Igax Team secured a podium finish in third place, solidifying his presence among the top riders.
In the second race, Izan Rodriguez #49 once again stood out, this time securing third place and adding another podium finish to his name.
